Today’s Bible Verse: 1 John 5:12-13
Verse Text: [1 John 5:12-13 NKJV] 12 He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. 13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may [continue to] believe in the name of the Son of God.
Have: in the sense of wearing. That is we wear Jesus as a covering and do all He does. He lives by Torah and so should we.
Believe: πιστεύω pisteúō, pist-yoo'-o; from G4102; to have faith (in, upon, or with respect to, a person or thing), i.e. credit; by implication, to entrust (especially one's spiritual well-being to Christ):—believe(-r), commit (to trust), put in trust with.
To have faith; that is to hear and do all that He does. Again, He lives by Torah and so should we.
Go forth and spread this good news.
