Shalom brothers and sisters.
Today’s Bible Verse: Isaiah 35:10
Verse Text: [Isaiah 35:10 NKJV] 10 And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, And come to Zion with singing, With everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, And sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
Ransomed: פָּדָה pâdâh, paw-daw'; a primitive root; to sever, i.e. ransom; generally to release, preserve:—× at all, deliver, × by any means, ransom, (that are to be, let be) redeem(-ed), rescue, × surely.
Redeemed is the operative part here. These are all that have been born again and resurrected.
Zion: צִיּוֹן Tsîyôwn, tsee-yone'; the same (regularly) as H6725; Tsijon (as a permanent capital), a mountain of Jerusalem:—Zion.
This is the new Jerusalem.
This describes what will happen to the resurrected after the final judgement. All will live in a paradise here on earth in a rebuilt Jerusalem.
Go forth and spread this good news.
I hope this has been a blessing to you. May the rest of your day be blessed. Walk Torah-ly. Shalom.
