Isaiah 53:4-5

Peace to you my brothers and sisters.

Today’s Bible Verse: [Isaiah 53:4-5 KJV] Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he [was] wounded for our transgressions, [he was] bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace [was] upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Isaiah prophesied from 739–681 BC and Jesus was born between 6 and 4 BC. That is a gap of over 600 years.

Today’s verses are a prophesy given of Jesus over 600 years before His birth. God does tell us everything before it happens including His own coming to us in the flesh.

The Pharisees had no excuse and neither do we. Read the gospel below and know that He came in the flesh, died on the cross, and rose again so that we may have eternal life. Repent and have faith in Jesus.

This is the gospel: [1 Corinthians 15:1-6 KJV] Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.

Go forth and spread this good news.

I hope this has been a blessing to you. May the rest of your day be blessed. Peace.
