Proverbs 3:5-6

Peace to you my brothers and sisters. 

Today’s Bible Verse: Proverbs 3:5-6

Verse Text: [Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV] Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Trusting in Jesus means that He is our shield; we are behind Him.

We are not to rely on our own understanding of His word as Eve did. Even so, we are also not to rely on the understanding of other people. Our understanding must come from the Holy Spirit.

Acknowledging Him means that we are to know that He is in our lives.

[Matthew 28:20 KJV] Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, [even] unto the end of the world. Amen.

He will always be with us and we must know that.
