Psalms 23:1-6

Shalom brothers and sisters.

Today’s Bible Verse: Psalms 23:1-6

Verse Text: [Psalm 23:1-6 NKJV] 1 A Psalm of David. The LORD [is] my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. 3 He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake. 4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You [are] with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. 5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the LORD Forever.

This one is for me. I have been looking at all the darkness on Facebook and in the media and forgot this.

The green pastures, still waters, and paths of righteousness are the blessings for walking in His way.

The valley of the shadow of death is the world. Most of the world lives under the law; that is, under the punishment of death by the law. Most of the world, particularly mainstream Christianity does not walk in the law because they believe that the law has been done away with. They will see the second death for this.

I need to remember that He is with me and His Holy Spirit leads me. Keeping this in mind and Psalm 23 causes me to not fear evil.

Go forth and spread this good news.

I hope this has been a blessing to you. May the rest of your day be blessed. Walk Torah-ly. Shalom.
