Shalom brothers and sisters.
Today’s Bible Verse: Deuteronomy 32:1-4
Verse Text: [Deuteronomy 32:1-4 NKJV] 1 "Give ear, O heavens, and I will speak; And hear, O earth, the words of my mouth. 2 Let my teaching drop as the rain, My speech distill as the dew, As raindrops on the tender herb, And as showers on the grass. 3 For I proclaim the name of the LORD: Ascribe greatness to our God. 4 [He is] the Rock, His work [is] perfect; For all His ways [are] justice, A God of truth and without injustice; Righteous and upright [is] He.
This is the beginning of the Song of Moses. This was given by Moses just before he died.
The word of God comes down to us from heaven. Like rain it pours out on us. We have the ability, if we will allow it, to soak up His word and live by it.
[Deuteronomy 32:4 NKJV] 4 [He is] the Rock, His work [is] perfect; For all His ways [are] justice, A God of truth and without injustice; Righteous and upright [is] He.
[Daniel 2:34 NKJV] 34 "You watched while a stone was cut out without hands, which struck the image on its feet of iron and clay, and broke them in pieces.
The rock described by Moses and the stone described by Daniel are one and the same. God is our rock and His word our sure foundation.
[Luke 6:48 NKJV] 48 "He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against that house, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock.
If we build our lives on the foundation of His word then nothing can stand against us.
Go forth and spread this good news.
I hope this has been a blessing to you. May the rest of your day be blessed. Walk Torah-ly. Shalom.
