Shalom brothers and sisters.
Today’s Bible Verse: John 10:10
Title: Abundant Life
Verse Text: [John 10:10 NKJV] 10 "The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have [it] more abundantly.
Abundantly in Greek is perissos and in Hebrew is sharats. Overall it means multiplied but contextually it could be fully and that is what I believe it means.
Unfortunately many people think that this means that we are going to get things. Yahshua did not come to give us things; He came to give us life. If we walk in His ways; that is, by Torah as He did and if we have Him; that is, we believe with our entire being that He died so that we will not suffer the second death and have eternal life, then we will have an abundant, full, life.
Since I have been on this walk my life has become more full. As I am going through the rebirth process and His Holy Spirit writes His word on my heart and leads me through it my life is taking on a new meaning and is becoming fuller. It is an experience that must be lived to understand, and I pray that all of you get to live it.
I hope this has been a blessing to you. May the rest of your day be blessed. Walk Torah-ly. Shalom.
