Prayer

Shalom brothers and sisters.

Today’s Bible Verse: Ephesians 6:17-18

Title: Prayer

Verse Text: [Ephesians 6:17-18 NKJV] 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints--

Supplication is a form of reverent prayer; that is, the words are not just words on a page that you read as a prayer but a prayer from your heart. Let the Holy Spirit of Jesus lead you in these prayers; that is what it means by being in the spirit.

Saints here are holy ones; those set apart by God; His righteous people that are alive now. If you are alive and walking in the way of Jesus, then you are a saint. So, then, these prayers you are saying are for yourself as well as all of His people.

I hope this has been a blessing to you. May the rest of your day be blessed. Walk Torah-ly. Shalom.

Please share this with others.
