Peace to you my brothers and sisters.
Today’s Bible Verse: [Romans 5:1-5 KJV] Therefore being justified by faith, we
have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access
by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of
God. And not only [so], but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that
tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope:
And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our
hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
Justified: δικαιόω dikaióō, dik-ah-yo'-o; from G1342; to render (i.e. show or
regard as) just or innocent:—free, justify(-ier), be righteous.
Faith: πίστις pístis, pis'-tis; from G3982; persuasion, i.e. credence; moral
conviction (of religious truth, or the truthfulness of God or a religious
teacher), especially reliance upon Christ for salvation; abstractly, constancy
in such profession; by extension, the system of religious (Gospel) truth
itself:—assurance, belief, believe, faith, fidelity.
Peace: εἰρήνη eirḗnē, i-ray'-nay; probably from a primary verb εἴρω eírō (to
join); peace (literally or figuratively); by implication, prosperity:—one,
peace, quietness, rest, + set at one again.
Hope: ἐλπίς elpís, el-pece'; from a primary ἔλπω élpō (to anticipate, usually
with pleasure); expectation (abstractly or concretely) or confidence:—faith,
hope.
Being righteous by our faith we have oneness with God through Jesus.
Grace is the act of endowing unmerited favor. By our faith, through Jesus, we
have access to God’s grace by which we have the hope of obtaining the glory of
God.
Tribulation: †θλῖψις thlîpsis, thlip'-sis; from G2346; pressure (literally or
figuratively):—afflicted(-tion), anguish, burdened, persecution, tribulation,
trouble.
Patience: ὑπομονή hypomonḗ, hoop-om-on-ay'; from G5278; cheerful (or hopeful)
endurance, constancy:—enduring, patience, patient continuance (waiting).
Through tribulation we gain endurance, experience, and hope. We are not ashamed
of our hope because we experience the love of God in our heart by the Holy
Spirit, which is in us.
Thus, through faith we have peace with God, His grace, endurance, experience,
hope, and the love of God through the Holy Spirit.
We all have a job.
[Matthew 28:18-20 KJV] And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is
given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy
Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you:
and, lo, I am with you alway, [even] unto the end of the world. Amen.
All of the disciples of Jesus are to spread His word and the gospel.
This is the gospel: [1 Corinthians 15:1-6 KJV] Moreover, brethren, I declare
unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and
wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I
preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you
first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according
to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day
according to the scriptures: And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the
twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom
the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.
Go forth and spread this good news.
I hope this has been a blessing to you. May the rest of your day be blessed. Peace.
