Hebrews 11:1

Peace to you my brothers and sisters.

Today’s Bible Verse: [Hebrews 11:1 KJV] Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Faith occurs 247 times in 231 verses in the KJV.

[Habakkuk 2:4 KJV] Behold, his soul [which] is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.

Faith is a lifestyle.

[Hebrews 11:1-3 KJV] Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

We, the disciples of Jesus must live by faith and that means that we must hear and do the Word of God.

We all have a job.

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, [even] unto the end of the world. All of the disciples of Jesus are to spread His word and the gospel.

For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.
