Shalom brothers and sisters.
Today’s Bible Verse: John 10:10-11
Verse Text: [John 10:10-11 NKJV] 10 "The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have [it] more abundantly. 11 "I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.
When we look at the Strong’s for thief we see, “the name is transferred to false teachers”. The word in Greek is kleptēs.
False teachers are thieves. Anything that is not in line with scriptures and anything based on the doctrine of man is a false teaching. False teaching destroys us.
Yahshua came that we may have life; by his death and resurrection He defeated death, the punishment for our sin. Saying that we shall have life more abundantly means that we shall have it forever.
A shepherd leads his sheep. We are the sheep of Yahshua, and He leads us on the correct path. He has laid down His life for us.
Go forth and spread this good news.
I hope this has been a blessing to you. May the rest of your day be blessed. Walk Torah-ly. Shalom.
